Tenino Elementary 5th grade Leadership students, under the direction of counselor Maura Mattson and PBIS coordinator Annika Johanson, sponsored a schoolwide food drive at TES the week of December 9-13. They connected with the Tenino Food Bank in advance to determine the highest need items and each day during the food drive was targeted for those items (for example Monday was potatoes and gravy). The food drive was a huge success with over 600 needed items donated to our community by our students and their families.
