Due to the high school students being released early today, all afternoon bus routes will be getting students home about 20 to 25 minutes early today, January 17th.
Tenino High School Students and Staff did a great job under difficult circumstances. We thank everyone for their cooperation.
Tenino School District staff have been cleared to enter THS at this time. If students would like to collect their personal belongings the office will be open until 6:00 p.m. Friday evening. A staff member will collect your student’s personal belongings from the classroom. Students will not be allowed to collect another student’s belongings. We will only release personal items to the owner.
We are currently assessing the extent of the damage and will communicate the status of the building as soon as we have more information.
Tenino High School has had a fire in the mechanical room. Students have been evacuated and everyone is safe. We are dismissing high school students early.
Students who walk will be released to walk home. Students who drive to school will be released if they are in possession of their keys and license.
Currently the fire department has not allowed students and staff back into the building. Students and staff will be able to retrieve their belongings when we are cleared to go back into the building.
Students who take the bus will be bused from the Tenino Middle School gym starting at 11:30 a.m.. If you wish to pick up your student, you will need to do so at the TMS gym. Tenino School District will update you when we have further information.

Tenino schools are on time today January 15th with two buses on snow routes. Bus 3 and bus 17 will be on snow routes this morning,. All other routes are running normally.

Due to a shortage of officials, the Boys/Girls Basketball Doubleheader scheduled for Friday 1/24, has been moved to Thursday 1/23. Start times remain the same and JV games will still be at TMS.

Due to possibly dangerous weather/road conditions tonight in Grays Harbor County, the Elma SD has requested to postpone tonight's Girls Basketball Game. It has been tentatively rescheduled for Jan. 27th, still here at THS. Please share this info.
This is an emergency weather message for T-9-O school district staff and parents. Due to poor road conditions, all T-9-O schools will begin two hours late today January 14 and bus 17 will be on snow routes. There will be no morning pre-school or out of district transportation. Breakfast will not be served. Staff should attempt to arrive as close to their normally contracted time as can safely be managed. Again, T-9-O schools will begin two hours late today January 14 with no AM pre-school or out of district transportation. Thank you.

CONGRATS TO TENINO GIRLS SOCCER FOR THEIR FIRST STATE WIN IN PROGRAM HISTORY!! The Beavs battled a tough S.Whidbey team that took Tenino to Extra Time & PKs. The win advances the Beavs to the Quarterfinals & they will face Seattle Academy here in Tenino, Sat 11/16 at 5pm!!
