Starting the week for Principal Appreciation month is Mr. Rand Hodgson! Mr. H is our principal at Tenino Middle School. He's been in education for 13 years and has spent the last 4 in Tenino with us! Thank you for your dedication to students, staff, and our community! We're grateful to have you!!!

Mr. Harrington has been in education for 33 years and we've been lucky enough to have him in Tenino for the last 8! Thank you for your dedication to students, staff and our community! TRANSPORTATION UPDATE FOR FRIDAY, 9/29 Route #17 will be split between Routes #5 and 16. Route #16 students will be running about 20 minutes late. Route #5 running 5 minutes late. Routes #2 and 13 are combined. Stops on McCorkle, Patsy, & Lorraine are running about 25 minutes late. We apologize for the inconvenience and late notice. Bus Route #14 will operate on a normal schedule for this afternoon, September 29th.

Our first School Board Meeting of the 23/24 school year was a success! The agenda was packed full of student recognition, new student board representatives, introductions of new staff and school updates! We recognized 8 Seniors who have volunteered for the last 3 years as Cispus Camp Counselors and got a recap from Ms. Schall. We also swore in 2 new student board representatives, juniors Ellie Chance and Brynn Williams. Lastly, Linda McKinnie from Tenino Timberland Regional Library gave a presentation on amazing services that are available for our community! Thank you to all who made this a great meeting and welcome to our new staff in the district!
